odd problem with my 929

went out for a ride on monday and all was good until i went to push the bike backwards in to the garage and it was like it was in gear and wouldnt move started the bike rode it for a few secs then it was fine oiled the chain then used iy again on tuesday and the same thing again so any thoughts as to what it might be before it strip it thing to bits

Chain too tight maybe?
You mentioned pushing it backwards - can you push it forwards okay?
In really cold weather I have experienced the clutch "gluing" up so it was like it was in gear. I used to rock the bike back and forth to loosen it up before starting the bike.
