Both headlights on

I've got a 2005 cbr1000rr.
Anyone who knows how I can get both headlights to work at the same time?
Now only one is active when I use dipped headlights .
I figure that I will have a better dipped light with 2 beams.

Re: Both headlights on

You have to do a mod to get both lights on at the same time for dims. CBRs only have run dim light and then both are on for brights

Re: Both headlights on

Or the easiest solution... run with your brights on. For daytime driving I always run with my brights on.

Check the laws as it may be illegal to use high beam in built-up areas - even in daylight.
It makes zero difference whether they're on high or low if you have them on to be seen. There is even some debate over whether high beam simply makes other motorists think you are further away then you are.
I can guarantee though that high beams in daylight annoy the hell out of motorists ahead of you - coming and going - so beware road rage stupidity that might result.
I had high beams on my GSXR when a car pulled out and cleaned me up.
