Honda CBR1000RR 2007 Noise in the engine, Help!!

Hellow. Las weekend i participate on my second race on a track, here on argentina.
I have to retire becouse i heard a noise like a clack when i turn to the left with the bike leaned, with my knee on the floor.
Whell i just finished to read the manual for the 2004 model. And i believe that could be the balancer o the gear shift. Why, becouse only heard that noise on that turn, when the engine it been like 6000 RPM to 7000, then it dissapered. We try to heard with out a gear, and leaned it to the floor and nothing.

I know that its very strange, the motorbike has 22.000 km.

If someone could help me i will apreciated too much.

Best regards

Are you sure the noise is coming from the engine?
Could it be your kneeslider or footpeg hitting the road or curb?

I would have said the same, when I first decked things out I picked the bike up as an automatic reaction, because I wasn't used to the noise.

Is your gear pedal showing any signs of wear from hitting the deck?

Footpeg might drag but the shifter would be a _long_ way over if it's even possible and tends to knock the bike up a gear when it does touch down :-)

Yeah, I have to admit I've never experienced a gearpedal grounding problem myself. I'm just not that brave. Though you never know how people set their bikes up.
Hey, you've replied to loads of my posts, but i've only just worked out what the rep stuff is about...

Took me more than four years to even know rep existed :-)
