95 rotors on a 98?

Can anyone tell me whether rotors from a 95 900RR will work on a 98? I tried looking up the specs on the rotors and couldn't find anything.

Thanks!

Nope.
According to the EBC catalogue '95-'97 have 17.2mm offset, 296mm diameter, 58mm bore, 74mm bolt circle.
'98/'99 have 21.1mm offset, 310mm diameter, 62mm bore, 78mm bolt circle.

What's wrong with your discs?
Have you tried aftermarket like Braking, Galfer or EBC?
You could also consider doing the 17" wheel swap or replace the entire front end and get rotors at the same time.

My rotors are shot. I think they're warped and besides that, you can feel the ripples in the rotor with your finger.. They're not pulsing through the lever but they get grabby (grab, release, grab) especially at slow speeds.

This is my project bike that I just got on the road so I had no idea how shot the rotors atually were until I actually put them to use.

I'd love to get some nice Galfer rotors but my wife will kill me if I spend 600 dollars on anything after I just bought a complete set of used fairings for 300. If you saw the look on my wifes face when I told her I was ordering a chain and sprocket set .

I'll probably do the 17" swap at some point, but for now this is my main transportation (or my wifes Ninja, she's pregnant so no bikes for her just the car, another reason I'm limited on cash), so it's just about keeping the bike on the road and rubber side down!
