more 929 clutch grief

hello folks I have been having problems with the clutch on my 2000 929 in that all the adjustment is used up even with a new cable. The bike went in for its 16 ,000 mile service and the mechanic looked at the cutch and said it was all in good condition with no wear but it there was obviosly something wrong.........he thinks that the clutch recall on this model may have consisted of a new clutch basket AND actuator arm but mine may have only had the basket changed???? he said there might be a compatability issue with the old arm.....I tried to phone honda uk but they are closed after 5pm and I cannot use mobile phones at work so I need to know if the recall consisted of both basket and arm......if not I am buggered if I know what to do next....any info appreciated
