Back on my 54 after crash

Well Friday marked the return of my 54!!! Big ups to Rick(K9inAZ) for giving me his stock rear sets. My old man brought my screwed up wheel to Fast Track Motorcycle Frame Straightening up in Mesa and had it fixed for me. Let me just say that if anyone needs a wheel fixed, this is the guy to go to. There was a four inch section of my wheel that was blown open and now it looks almost factory. This guy re-bent it, re-painted, check my rotors, checked my bearings and re-mounted my tire.....all for $70. Granted my plastics are a little scratched up, but I'm happy to be back riding again. Had a great weekend and put a few miles on my bike(300 or so). Took it nice and easy in the corners so I could get the crash out of my head and by the end of the day I felt normal again.

Re: Back on my 54 after crash

Seventy dollars for the work this chap did on your rear wheel is simply beyond belief & outstaning. So definately guide business to him & what ever else you can to keep him in business.

Glad your up and running!

My little mishap allow me to upgrade to flush-mounts and I installed my Ohlins rear shock, since it was down.

Re: Back on my 54 after crash

Good to hear you are back Dano. I'll be back in WV for xmas, but when I get back, i'll head down that way. Family won't be back till 1/6, so I have a few weekends of no "honey do's".

In SoCal, no one will even take a phone call for $70! AZ rocks!
