954 electrical question

I have heated grips on a 954. They are currently wired directly to the battery. I keep forgetting to switch them off when I stop. Can anyone explain/direct me to the point in the wiring that does dead when the key comes out?

Re: 954 electrical question

i would say hook it up to the headlights power source so they only come on when the key is on and off when the key is off

In Jan/Feb yes you do! But I stuck to 4-wheels, with heated seats then but no grips! LOL
