suspension settings rrv

Im looking for the best suspension setting for me , for my rrv blade........

im 11 stone but i often take my girlfriend out as pillion {9 stone},i do the occasional track day but mostly road riding ive read may articles on settings and each one is saying something different,
currently ive got it set at....

front rear

fork height 2mm through yokes
preload 1 line visable
rebound 1 turn back from max
compression 1/2 turn from max
34 psi

rear

shock position 6 out of 7
rebound 1/2 turn from max
compression 1/2 turn from max
39 psi
any advice would be great..................

What is it about the current setup that you aren't happy with?
Have you tried higher front tyre pressure?
