Honda CBR1000rr dampning problem

My cbr has a stock dampning set up.
It works pretty good on the streets.. But when Im riding hard or racing & I come into a turn with the rpm's high & let off ...
It seems to let go, causing my bike to shake a little ?
Not sure if I can adjust it or should I get ride of it for new one ?
Any & all help is welcomed..

It is based off of speed , unless you buy the HRC race ECU (which allows it to be adjustable but costs a ton) you will have to switch to a manual one like GPR. I had my 07 for 3 days before I ripped the stock one off and put a GRP on it. Came into a turn kinda hot but easy doable and the damper was at almost full stiff, almost made me not make the turn.

Re: Honda CBR1000rr dampning problem

The Damper is much better on the current gen ('08 - '11). I spent the entire first season on the track using it.

That said, I am in the process of swapping mine out for a hyperpro RSC as the stock unit is not keeping up with my pace at the track anymore.
