I just got my 01 929 going again after 4 years of sitting in the garage. She has a full Erion Exhaust, PC3
(all my mods,stock otherwise). I had her dyno'd at Spears Enterprise and she pulled 128.7 HP @ 11.5 RPM. I have a Brand new 929 Cylinder Head that I recently purchased on Ebay for cheap. I will be sending it to get ported, polished and a supersport valve job. My question is should I stay with the stock cam or opt for a slightly higher lift cam. I am setting her up to be a track bike. I would like to know if installing OEM valves the way to go. I already had the forks rebuilt by RaceTech and the suspension made me keep up with some R1s in the twisties this past weekend. Thanks!
