Moto-racing.co.uk

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had any problems dealing with the above web site - i have paid for undelivered goods from this site and have tried to chase them up but get no response. Furthermore my ensuing investigations into this company found others who claim to have been defrauded also. Any feedback appreciated ! - And to anyone about to purchase goods from the above site, my advice is . . . . DON'T!!!! Please let your friends know.

Re: Moto-racing.co.uk

I was searching for some parts and that was one of the sites that the engine churned out, but I didn't get anything from them.

Sorry can't be of more help. Did they answer the call or just ringing off ?

Re: Moto-racing.co.uk

Did you pay by credit card? If so they might be able to get you a refund. It worked for me last year when I ordered some goods from a fraudulent company, under the UK credit card laws.

Re: Moto-racing.co.uk

Awesome news, I spoke to the manufacturer (NRC in Canada) about the problems I was having getting parts through Moto-Racing UK and they were able to apply some pressure through their UK distributor. Today I received an email saying the goods had been posted, so fingers crossed. Worth noting if anyone else has similar problems with a middleman type supplier - thanks for your comments.

Life is pretty straight without twisties . . .

Re: Moto-racing.co.uk

Still poor service though. There should be no need to chase them up. I will not use this retailer personally.
