Clip on change 97 -> 98

Hi Guys,

Recenty got a 1997 blade and would like to see if I can fit the bars off the 98 model, they seems to be angled slightly higher, which is more comfortable. Both bikes run 45mm fork tubes, can anyone advise if this is possible?

Or are aftermarket clipons a better option?

Appreciate any info.

Aftermarket clipons are always a better option. Just depends on your budget or if you are willing to even pay for aftermarket

Thanx, paying isn't the problem, I guess with the aftermarkets I'm looking for the similar postioning as per the '98's which is more comfortable.

I prefer the aftermarkets, so much more adjustability.

I have Convertibars on my RRW - they do make quite a difference, even though adjustment is hampered significantly by the fairing.

I believe I have a set of Heli bars that should fit. I don't need them.... make an offer!

Cool, I'm interested... Got some pics/details of them?

Re: Clip on change 97 -> 98

Sorry to get you excited. I just double checked the measurement and these are for 50mm fork tubes.

Sorry mate.
