Check local forums for anybody that's crashed one recently and may have been chasing parts. Ring local race tracks and track day organisers and see if anybody has crashed a 954 at the track as they won't have insurance cover for that.
Try putting an advert in local papers and shops that you're wanting to swap your plastics and tank (something different from yours) for a different colour - the colour scheme you just lost. You might get a nibble from whoever was dumb enough to steal your bike.
