R/R plug generic replacement?

Anyone know if the 5-prong plug that plugs into the R/R is a generic part available somewhere?

I've found it on regulatorrectifiers.com for $15 and I guess you can get an OEM Honda repair kit that includes one for around $20. Neither of which breaks the bank, but if it's available from some general electrical supply house for $3 ...

Hmmm, Dennis Kirk's reselling one from Rick's at the same $10 price as direct.

Maybe if I keep doing my own digging I'll get down to that $3 I'm hoping for.

Re: R/R plug generic replacement?

Yeah, I shoulda mentioned him as one that I'd already seen.

$20 minimum, plus shipping from Japan. Maybe if there was other stuff I needed from him, but there isn't.

Re: R/R plug generic replacement?

Website says, "$20 minimum order" cuz he doesn't have time for a buncha small orders any more. Maybe that's changed since you ordered yours?
