Bike won't start?!

Exhaust and flapper mod
Rode the bike home
Bought the bike of a guy who bought it off a crack head... Wiring harness was ghetto as heck, sileconed and electrical taped together. Ignition was hard wired to a switch. I have since bought a new wiring harness, new ignition, and a gauge cluster. So everything SHOULD work!!! BUT it won't "fire" meaning I'm not getting any spark out of the spark plugs. Ignition is sending power through the pinkish orange wire to the ecu.... Fuel pump is priming just fine when I turn the key, spark plugs are brank new... All the fuses are just fine and I've cleaned every connection I can find in the harness. What should I check???
