STARTING PROBLEMS 2000 929 Blade PLEASE HELP!

Hey there guys!

I'm getting desperate now, i really need some ideas!

I recently had a bingle with the bike and broke a number of different things on the bike. Anyhow, i am putting it all back together now but i am having a problem with it not starting.

So the bike does crank over, however will not start. I have also noticed that the Fuel Pump does not switch on for the 3seconds to prime. This only happened not that long ago, while the bike was sitting still.

I've be diving into the problem as to why the Fuel Pump doesnt work, but i cant seem to put my finger on the problem. I have been troubleshooting and have come up with some half ended conclusions.

1. I have hard wired the Fuel Pump directly to the battery to ensure that it is in fact still working. It turns out it is working!
2. I then decided to work on the idea that there has to be a wiring problem with either a wire somewhere in the connectors or the relay, between the fuel pump and that of the ECM/Battery. I then forced a live wire to the 'Solid Brown cable' going into the Fuel Stop Relay, the Fuel Pump turned itself on. This brought me to the conclusion that it is not the relay that is causing the problem cause the current was able to pass through it. Also there isnt a problem with the Earthing either, otherwise it wouldnt have turned on automatically as soon as i forced the live wire?
3. I happened to realise that the Headlight relay and the Fuel stop relay looked the same, so i swapped those around and got the same outcome.

So thats pretty much what i've done to try and start the bike.

On top of this, when i force the fuel pump to work, and try and turn the bike over, the bike will still NOT fire and start to idle (it does crank though).

I have almost come to the conculsion that has to be the ECM that is not allowing/sending signals to the Fuel Stop relay to prime when the ignition is first turned on.

If you have any idea what a way to go around fixing this would be, PLEASE HELP ME OUT! And in addition to that, if you would have any advice as to why it wouldnt start even when i was forcing the fuel pump on?

It is either not sparking or the injectors are not getting a firing pulse.
Is the HISS functioning correctly?
