New life in the 929

My 929 has a heart again in the form of a 954.
It runs great sounds good but does have some lights on in the guage cluster got a red light and the fuelinjection light stays on. r
What am I missing most of what I am using is from the 929 minus the engine of course.
What should I use from the 954?

If it's flashing a MIL it's nothing to do with the engine swap .
Count the flashes and you'll know what problem it's telling you about.
It's most likely something you haven't connected under the tank.

Re: New life in the 929

It isnt flashing just on steady so is the FI in the guage.
But we will check the connections again anyway.
I have the shop manual for the 929 but not much on the 954.
Getting that engine was the only way this bike was going to see the road again. Low budged sucks
