2000 929 gas flooding in throttle body

Hi everyone, Just needed some help with an issue I cant figure out on my own. Here are the symptoms: I noticed my bike was getting poor gas mileage around 20mpg, then I started noticing smoke coming out of the exhaust. I also noticed that the bike was hard to start and had poor performance at lower Rpms. I checked for a MIL but came up with nothing. Upon further inspection while doing a tune up, I noticed a few things.... Oil was coming dripping out of cylinder 1 from the headers and also it seemed as though it was coming out of cylinder 4. Cylinder 4 and 1 were cool to the touch after warming up the bike. I checked the throttle body and cylinder 1 was flooded with gas.... So, I don't know if this is a multiple issue... from reading other posts I'm assuming its either the FPR, fuel injector and or head gasket problem. I did also notice the spark plugs were contaminated... Any help would be greatly appreciated.....Cuz i have no clue

That was very helpful Burton. Really appreciate that vid upload. . yeah my fuel pressure regulator is bad and just ordered the part today. That thing was flowing like the hover dam. I should get it in by next week.
