Re: My 900RR Winter Revamp

Just got a chance to watch the final video. Love the production, adds to the wealth of time and effort you put into the build. If you ever come stateside visit CT, can put you up cheap and would be a great ride. Can't wait for the Rides series. Lookin forward to more stuff from you buddy.

Also forgot to post up the finished pics here, do want new seat foam and thinking about one which goes right up the rear over the seat cowl sort of like a bum pad.

Re: My 900RR Winter Revamp

The ONLY thing I'm a little iffy about is the removal of that front cross brace. How does that seem to you now Mr. Chops? I may have missed if you addressed that again after the initial removal of it...

He installed a smaller solid rod of aluminum to span left to right just near the fuel rail/throttle bodies. It came out when the motor didn't fit, then got re-welded once the engine was put back in. Anything else I can answer for you Jon?

Re: My 900RR Winter Revamp

Looks really good and has more personality than a newer bike, but then again it has all newer bike parts.
