Scorpion vs Yoshi

I have a PC3usb and BOTH pipes! Both are Stainless Slip ons... The PC3 doesn't have a map in for the Scorpion but does for the YOSHI! I have read that the YOSHI RS5 full system might yield a 4-6 hp gain when tuned and doesn't really do much other than change the sound when compared to other exhausts. (I would like to have a Sato or Arata or even an AKRO but i don't)
Correct me if im wrong but I believe the article i read said something about the yoshi not flowing enough... I can tell you that the SCORPION is much more open than the yoshi...
My question is this!! Does anyone know how much a scorpion s/o dyno tuned would help? Has anyone dyno tuned one? If anyone has a custom map to send please do!

Re: Scorpion vs Yoshi

Ya i know...
I believe the SATO and ARATA are more free flowing exhausts so I would like to know if I would be better off saving the money i would spend for a CUSTOM DYNO MAP and put toward an AKRO or ARROW etc or would the Scropion TUNE UP NICE!

Re: Scorpion vs Yoshi

^ well regardless you should have it tuned after dropping any new exhaust on there if you wanna get the most out of it. so yes, tuning is worth it on any exhaust. but pretty much all slip ons(IMO) are the same, around 5hp. that being said, everybody talks up akrapovic like its out of this world(I would too if I paid that much, haha better do somethig sweet) but unless you get a full exhaust it's not gonna be big difference in the power gain.

Re: Scorpion vs Yoshi

Akro just has great quality exhaust! Plus one of the better sounding ones.
