90463-ML7-000 = 90430-PD6-003 ?

hi
i recently ordered a sealing washer for the drain bolt of the water pump on my 929
ref :90463-ML7-000 ( copper )
and i received this ref. 90430-PD6-003 (aluminium)
they told me that honda changed the ref. and i can use the aluminium one

did someone had the same experience with this ?

Just DON'T over-torque the bolt. The last owner of my bike tightened it to about 89 kagillion ft/lbs, and the damn thing snapped after I went to drain the coolant and turned it 1/4 turn.

As for the washer, either will be fine

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.

Is that and the Honda 90428-PD6-003; WASHER (12MM) Made by Honda the same crush washers for the gas line banjo bolt?
