That is the #1 site for all your lifting info/supplement needs.

To anyone thats just getting started its a great site to learn proper techniques and good routines to get started, til you learn what works best for you.

Looks like there is a place here in town that stocks it for $29.99 (Rick's Fitness Warehouse). Heck, might as well buy locally for about the same money and not have to wait. I guess I was thinking someone out there in cyberspace would beat that price by five or ten bucks shipped.

I've always used a local vendor here in STL called Attillio's. His prices are competitive with what you'll find on the Internet.

Just make sure you buy quality stuff in whatever it is you're going to use.
