Read the article the price is free :-) OF course there are catches for business use (service contracts) but for personal use it is getting closer to Linux

I love Solaris. I use version 9 right now. I would be buyer for 10 as well.

BTW: has anybody on the org have experience with Trusted Solaris 8?

I definetely will be. I've been having some issues with Fedora on my current system and can't get any support for it, hopefully in Sun's attempt in corralling the code junkie masses I can get the hookup!

Register Story
Anyone planning on installing this? I would consider it since I found Solaris to be pretty stable in the past but my need for UNIX is lessened since I have the Macs. Still might be cool to put on a removable though.
