Re: 1000RR with PCIII rev limitter

Thank for the reply,

I have checked loading the Stockmap and everything is working fine, but i had downloaded the map of my spec from the PC site, and how can that be wrong, even if its not matching there from where should i get the map ?

Re: 1000RR with PCIII rev limitter

Agreed. Either the map is corrupt ( totally incorrect values that cause it to not run ) or its just WAAAY out of tune, so bad its causing a misfire. The Power Commander does not have rev limiter control.

Re: 1000RR with PCIII rev limitter

Either the MAP is not loaded properly, or there is something wrong with the file. Start by reloading the STOCK, 121-01(?) file and see what happens before going further.

1000RR with PCIII rev limitter

Hi all

Need some help. I have a 04 1000RR with a micron full system, KN Filter and a PCIII recently installed with the 121-007Map.

However i have facing a problem when i ride to 8K RPM my bike starts lagging some what like a rev limiter set at 8K. Please let me know what could be the problem is it common that this bikes come with a 8K RPM limiter initialy ? or any changes have to be done.

Thank in advance
