Re: Fireblade cuts out.

I have three motorcycles, so yeah I can't ride them all at the same time .

I took the fireblade out to fill it up with clean petrol. I'll take it to work tonight and see if it does it again.

Re: Fireblade cuts out.

I don't even want to guess. Vapor evap? Tank is a sealed unit, not like the old days say. So that stays fresh? Something between the fuel pump line to the injector rails, and will that be moved out of the line for those short overrun symptoms to clean up and the fresh gas clears it up?

Because everyday riding this does not occur, right?

Fireblade cuts out.

Well I now have the bike all legal and back on the road, I am not worried about this sympton, because my Honda X-11 also does it, but.

If the bike is left for a a few days or week, when I take it out it cuts out on the overrun on low revs, after doing a mile or so,but only does it the once.

I am putting this down to being left and not being used, my Honda X11 does this if left for a long time
