Take a picture of the actual hole so we can know what you are taking about. If there is an actual hole in the mid pipe chances are it will need to be removed to be repaired at a muffler repair establishment.

Hi Honda lovers!
I need some help. My hubby has a 2005 cbr 1000rr and he has a stock exhaust and it has a hole somewhere? a friend tells me its in the mid pipe?.... Im waiting to buy him a new slip on for his birthday and a part needed to fix the hole.. I dont know much more than where the hole is, I need some advice on what part I need to buy to get it fixed up. Can someone offer me some help so I can find this part on ebay? I have attached a pic of where I believe the issue is. Would it be the part that connects the headers to the slip on? His doesn't have the black cover part, it is aluminum
