Anyone see OEM Gas tanks around new anywhere cheaper? Been looking on ebay but only find them in the same bad condition as mine.

I got one for my 99, AND my 93 in which I used a 96 tank for that. Slimmer top design, and got the vacuum petcock set up. Both used.

Theyíre out there, if you donít mind about not keeping it all 93.

Other guys also go through cleaning them. But dent removal is tough unless professionally done. My 99 tank was painted silver when I got it, I stripped it and it had each side previously bondoíd which I didnít expect. I cleaned it up and used it anyhow. Canít tell (itís the blue tank).

Folks need advice

the gas tank on my restoration project is bad, rusted inside but not deep. Is it worth the pain of getting it restored (including a dent) and respray or buying a new one? Only new options I can find are on this link but they are $1200 USD.
