No problems yet. I assume it is just like exterior paint. Even though they give you a 10 or 20 yr warranty, I'll end up re-doing it earlier. Also I get a little water seepage in the back of the garage (garage is not attached to the house) so I don't know how it will hold up in that part of the garage. Only time will tell.

Didn't rent anything. Just mopped it on. Then sprayed off with the garden hose. Let it dry over night. Then primed and painted the next day. Primer dried in a couple hours and the paint I let dry for a couple of days. Even though the can said 8-12 hours. Wanted to make sure before I pulled the car in.

Traction grit kicks ass btw! makes all the diff between a rubber floor and a hazard.

Bubba. I dunno WTF they just did the floor with in one of the bulldings Im working in but Ill try and get some info on it tomorrow for ya. The stuff is similar to a regular epoxy floor in appearance but its nice underfoot and noise absorbling yet still repels water with no issue. I know its tough because there is a couple of ~60hp pumps sitting on it at the moment waiting to be rigged I do beleive.

I want to say Kimberly Clark but I didn't think they did floor stuff.

Well, maybe my buddy didn't use as good of material as is available. Not sure I guess.

Thanks for being respectful in your teasing, btw.

Re: garage floors

All that crap is not alot more than garage candy IMHO. The moto-friend I know who's got a garage with a painted floor hates it now. He spent big bucks on prep followed by special concrete paint which would supposedly last forever, but he has to either repaint about once every spring or put up with the eyesore of flaking and peeling in the high traffic areas. Plus, it's slick as hell - dangerously so with the most tiny bit of dust or whatnot on the surface.

I'll keep mine plain old concrete thankyaverymuch, and purge it of dirt and debris every couple of days with my gas powered leaf blower.
