Re: Outer banks Vacation Rental Found this on our Employee Sales here at work: Not on the outer banks, but kinda close. $700/Week Colony By The Sea, 855 Salter Path Road, Indian Beach, Unit 107 Halfway between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle on Indian Beach - Mile Marker 10 The condo is a two bedroom, two bath, first floor unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed. The living room sofa makes a bed, so you could sleep 6 or 7 people. The nice big kitchen has a bar with four stools, and a dining table that seats six. Also, a table is on the attached deck. The outside area has grills and picnic tables, an outdoor pool and hot tub. Tennis courts are across the street. Lots of beach to enjoy. If interested, call Colony by the Sea office at 1-800-624-5869 and request UNIT 107. Please visit the web site at www.colonybythesea.com and see some great pictures and rental prices. Occasionally, they run a weekend or weekly special, but those prices and dates are not listed on the web site. |

I know that it's a long shot, 600 total. 5-7 days. Okay, I'll go to 700 but I'm not happy about it. HD |

Re: Outer banks Vacation Rental I'm having trouble finding a place. Do the hurricanes have everything messed up right now? I'm looking to go down from Sept 23-30 but am running into a problem finding a place that will rent for either a) a partial week (ie- 25th-30th instead) or b) will do something other than a Saturday to Saturday unless it is less than 10 days from my arrival date. I have to have a Hot Tub, and would prefer to also have a private pool. I don't have to be on the ocean, but I would at least like to have a view, and I have to be able to bring my dog. Also, I don't want to pay more than $600 or so. Can anyone help? dan |
