I had the boot skates with the metal wheels, but I remember the strap ones too. My friends had the cool ones with the chalk wheels.

But the Big Wheels and Green Machine always got those nasty flat spots from braking / skidding.

Who here also had a plastic motorcycle around that time? I had many of those little plastic motorcycles..............and my parents driveway is STEEP. Got scars on the chin to prove it.

Sweet ride...face it, your a closet chopper fan I know I got some pic like that around somewhere, with similiarly dated haircut. And clothes. Whoes idea was it that velor shirts and cords were cool

Oh hell yeah!!

The Green Machine kicked serious ass!

I was the only one that had one in my neighborhood, the rest of my buds just had lame ass Big Wheels. They were always trying to get me to trade up with them when we were hanging out. And whenever I would, they'd spin themselves silly.

Are you talking about the ones with the leather straps that you would hook over your front toes and had and adjustable bottom so you could wear them for years? Yes I did. I bet those will not make a come back.

Hahaha, not only that, but Fro's are back as well, lol. I saw a kid walking across the sreet awhile back that had one Fletch would be envious of

Did you have the metal wheel roller skates too?

Dude the Green Machine YES! Now we are talking I would ride that thing all day. You know there are some kids in the neighborhood that now have chopper bikes. Itís the circle of life.
