Re: Johnny Cash

I can't believe that you guys actually listen too and like this old fart. He has no talent what-so-ever in my opinion.
I watched the vid of Phobe at the 2006 Grattan event and would have to believe that he does a better job than Cash ever did with music in any form or fashion. (That's scary just typing that)

OK - I'm done for now.

Re: Johnny Cash

Getting up in a few hours to put the VFR through it's paces over a few hundred miles and see if she's a keeper. Fresh oil/filter, chain is cleaned and waxed, 82 and sunny from the weather-guessers.

I found some additional motivation on a VFR site and figured I'd add it to this old thread.

It is a great album. The NIN and Sting covers are great.

Re: Johnny Cash

I was in San Diego last week and had the dualing piano players play Ring of Fire.
It was a real crowd pleaser.

If you have to ask... you probably wouldn't understand.

Now back on topic. Johnny Cash rules! Ghost Riders in the Sky; Ring of Fire; Oney and zillions more
Slayer is not death metal. Death is death metal. and they both rule.

sorry about that mini jack but anytime someone mentions Slayer I get kinda pumped up.

I'm a big fan, if you couldn't already guess. That pic rocks - although some on here apparently think that's pornographic.

G-Force, you need to hear his cover of Rusty Cage by Soundgarden.. That's a damn good one.
