Did check for that, also applied some multi-purpose lube there (Q20 over here).
Where must I access to lube the "return" cable? Or lube the cable in its cover ?

There are two throttle cables, one to open and one to close. At a minimum you need to lube them. I'd lean toward replacement. Also make sure the cables aren't kinked somewhere.

Sticky throttle

Something I need to sort out rather fast:
The Blade's throttle is "sticky" When you open up, it does it smoothly as always, but the return to idle is slow and sluggish.
Where must I go and lube? or loosen? or replace throttle cable perhaps ?!!? Nothing in my manual about a situation like this!
