Yeah, it's called "speed". It's in NOExplode too.

I was going to recommend the same thing, given your goals. It's an excellent read and will provide most of what you need to get into better shape. You're not going to need Creatine unless you're lifting heavy weights and are looking to pack on mass as fast as possible.

Re: Creatine?

To keep this thread somewhat ontopic (as if anyone cares), I just did my 1st xpand today, and I noticed a BIG difference.

It's not psychological, b/c I've done creatine b4, but being away from the gym for a week and a bit, sick as a dog (I coughed after every set, and blew my nose a bunch), I was lifting 80-90% of my regular "plateau" workout weight. The pump right now is incredible.

Having said that, I also noticed an increased heart rythm. You know that quicken heart palpatation RIGHT after getting a speeding ticket or almost blowing a turn? Yeah, it felt like that... weird.

But the pump is real, and I noticed the results afterwards. It's not a miracle drug, nor a miracle formula, but I think I'll stick w/ this for at least 1 cycle (to borrow the term loosely)

My opinion is that while trying to lean up you should do all exercising in a semi to mostly fasted state. So I say don't eat for 1-2 hours before your workout. Lift, run, then eat. You body is forced to go after fat for fuel during the workout. After the workout your metabolism is jacked and your body is less inclined to store the fuel as fat as it needs it for recovery.

Re: Creatine?

Right after you lift. However, that may give you cramps. They say within 30 minutes to an hour after lifting you should have protein. So basically, mine is a worthless post. Carry on.
