Poor performance when you aren't under boost conditions.

Ok i just noticed the ad for the Ignition addon to the PCIII USB, the ad on ebay says you can Advance OR Retard the timing by TPS voltage / RPM, I kust want to verify if that is true - does anyone know if this gizmo works properly?? I saw in another thread that some people where having trouble making it function correctly.

I'm thinking i'd only need to retard 3-4* since im only planning 4lbs of boost.

How to retard timing in load / under boost??

I'm new to the motorcycle modding game and traded a mustang for a 954RR a month or so ago and was thinking of building a turbo kit for it. I just have that one question - What options do i have for "retarding the timing"??? Preferably under a specific load or boost referenced.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!
