Re: What back protector?

Im a huge fan of the Dainese material.
Got 2 jackets and 2 back protectors, all top notch gear.

The Dainese HPC Back protector is my favorite.

Re: What back protector?

I don't know if you guys ever heard of this company, but I use a highvelocitygear back protector.

No issues so far, I've had it for many years.

I was wearing the back protector over my sweatshirt when I had the accident... but I do also wear the ICON back protector under my Scorpion jacket and it fits just fine.

Re: What back protector?

I use both the Knox and Icon. I like the Icon a little better since it has a front protection as well. Both are great and you can't go wrong.

Re: What back protector?

Also consider a chest protector (integrated or seperate)

Re: What back protector?

I've got a dainese protector that fits great under all my riding gear especially the track leathers. I find it to be a great fit, not roasting hot and extremely light. I would highly recommend it albeit a little more expensive than other brands.

Re: What back protector?

I have a Knox one which is OK but a bit bulky (old design now).

The Forcefield ones usually win the Ride triangle, if that holds any value for you.

Re: What back protector?

Ive got a Forcefield, tried and tested by urs truly, picked a fence post at speed (unintentionally) did the job, I walked away.
What I like about it is, its nice and flat and comfortable

What back protector?

I want to invest in a back protector.

Has anyone got any tried and tested recommendations that I can buy in the UK?
