It is simple.
She doesn't want to submit to the rules and regulations to gain the PRIVILEDGE of driving. Therefore, no license.
Unfortunately, there are morons (the party of the ass) out there that try to argue that driving is a right and therefore religious freedom (as long as it has nothing to do with Christianity) must trump any rules.
My new religious beliefs hold that I not only don't need a license, but I can drive as fast as I want, where I want.
Now will that hold water?

I agree, though... follow the rules if you want to enjoy the privilege. If that's the way it is over in the Middle East, then why have pictures on ID's in the first place?

Next thing you know the KKK will want their ID's taken with their hoods on. It's total crap. Plus I thought part of the purpose in the veil is to NOT stand out and it is essentially a 'sin' for her to stand out in a crowd.
