I'm jealous. I have PS2; have to wait till July, I believe. Can't wait. I loved the original. Have fun man!

Re: The new Splinter Cell...

I still pick up the original at least once a month or so. Brilliant game!

But I'm also in the PS2 boat and have to wait.

It's okay, I will never grow tired of the first one anyway. Still trying to get all the way through on "hard" level with no alarms.

I just finished the first one (in easy mode). Now I'm restarting it in hard mode.
It's an excellent game in my opinion.
Not sure if I'll buy the 2nd one. I guess I'll wait to hear your reviews on it.

Bikes and women - both have nice curves.

Re: The new Splinter Cell...

Well, I've played through the first few checkpoints so far. So far, it's a lot like the first one, with some minor improvements. For example, now when you're carrying a body, you can still open a door.

I haven't played online yet, so I can't comment on that. I'll wait until I get back used to the gameplay before I try it.

Man, wasn't that the biggest pain in the ass in the first one? I was hoping they would correct that.

Pick 'em up, set 'em down, open the door, pick 'em back up again.

Sheesh...........................

Although, it IS saying a lot when this is the biggest gripe about the whole game.

Re: The new Splinter Cell...

why didn't you just hack the body up with a machete?

I thought about that too. But then I would have been standing there picking up all these little pieces. Woulda had to find a bag or something. What a major pain in the ass that would have been. Ultimately it's easier to put down and pick up one large piece of meat rather than hundreds of tiny pieces.

Hundreds?? Sounds like you're a little

I've heard the best way to dispose of the body is to feed it to pigs...They will go through bone like butta in about 8 minutes.

And it sounds like YOU'RE a slacker.

Actually the most popular way of disposing a body in south Florida(or so the rumor always persisted)was to drive out into the middle of Alligator Alley and just dump them in the swamp. Body wouldn't be around for very long after that. Gators loves 'em some meat!

Great movie.

I'm not even supposed to be here. I'm just "Crewman Number Six." I'm expendable! I'm the guy in the episode who dies to prove how serious the situation is! I've gotta get outta here!
