I was at a local dealership yesterday and an employee's ZX-9R was sitting outside. Wild paint, sort of a cobbled, welded on roll cage for the lower half of the monstrosity, and something I've heretofore never seen or heard of: 'Wheelie Lights.'
Yep, a couple of self contained projector beam lights which are mounted to either side of the fork tubes and are oriented straight down at the ground... at least when the bike's being ridden as it was designed to be ridden. The lights make for an easier time of things when wheelie'ing at night. <groan>
I hear the guy's next mods are neon and a 12 o'clock bar.

Those lights have been around for a while. I saw the LVX guys with those 3-4 years ago. Except theirs were mounted on the underneath of the bike, kinda like where our HTEV systems are....

Hey chain, welcome to last year
I think you need to go visit stuntlife.com and get up to date with what the squids are doing.
They even have crash cages for our blades, so you don,t break/damage the engine case when (and i do emphasis when) thay drop their bikes.

a guy in town (GIXER750) has lights on the swingarm instead of the forks, same purpose tho....

Wasn't that the same guy that called us 'rookies' and had the throttle-control issue on the 'zuk??
(BTW, I'm still not convinced that was a problem... I thought all Suzuki's did that *)

Yep...that was the day. We were all rookies because of our fancy leathers and such. And I think his 'zook' issue was because of an ID 10 T error

If anyone wants directions on how to wire up their wheelie lights to come on automatically when the bike comes up past 15 degrees like mine does, let me know, I dont want to tell the 'Cockmasters' how we do it....
