How can I rip these guys off!

would that be legal? Its the usual BS letter, first time I ever got it at home...

From Barrister Ajibola Ken
No 3 Adeniyi Jones
Victoria Island
Lagos-Nigeria
Email:[email protected]

I am Barrister AJIBOLA KEN (SAN) Barrister and solicitor
at law. I am the personal attorney to Mr.Krueger B.C who
was working with Shell Petroleum Development Company
(SPDC) here in Nigeria,as Director, Operation until his
death, herein shall be refered as my client.

On Friday the 21st of April 2001, precisely 3:22PM Nigerian
time, my client, his wife and their three children were
involved in a ghastly auto accident along Sagbama Express
Road in River State, South-South Nigeria, and
unfortunately, all occupants of the vehicle lost their
lives. Since then I have made several enquiries to your
embassy to locate any of his extended relatives, this has
also proved unsuccessful.

But I was presented by the Chamber of Commerce enquiry
department names that mactches that of my client in order
to locate any member of his family or any close name to
his, hence I contacted you first. I am contacting you to
assist in claiming the money and property left behind by my
client before they get confiscated or declared
unserviceable by the bank where this huge depositswere
lodged, particularly the CITI TRUST BANK where the deceased
have his account valued at about US$9.5million dollars
deposited days before his untime! ly death. The bank has
issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have the
account confiscated within the next twenty one (21)
working days.

Since I have been unsuccesfull in locating the the
relatives for over 2 years now, I seek your consent to
present you as the next of kin of the deceased so that the
proceeds of this account valued at US$9.5 million dollars
can be paid to you and then you and I can share the money
according to any agreed ratio. Note that I have all the
necessary legal documents that can be used to back up any
claim we may make and also his last testament of WILL,
which is still under my posssion and which we will amend to
make you elgible to claim the fund.

All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us see
this deal through. I guarantee that this will be executed
under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from
any breach of the law. Note, your accptance mail should be
sent strictly to my private/confidential email address of
[email protected] to enable us discuss further.Or
call me on my private number 234-8035377106 Thanks,

Best Regards,

Barrister AJIBOLA KEN (SAN).

Re: How can I rip these guys off!

The only angle I have seen is for ripping off Canadian 419ers. Cut the deal to send em a package of dimaonds or gold and on the customs bill put down its worth 5 hundred. They will end up paying customs for a box of bricks. I think I read about someone reverse scaming some canadian over a macintrash laptop.

It was some guy in the UK that got scammed. I think someone (me?) posted the link here at one point.

Re: How can I rip these guys off!

I always reply saying stuff like " I ran those bastards off the road and killed them" and " I was the one who assasinated the rebel leader and his children". I haven't gotten any lately though.

Dear Rob,

Thanks for you quick answered, Meanwhile i apreciate your concern toward this transaction, All i need from you is nothing but trust, You have to promise me that you will not run away with this money or divert it, as soon as you recieve it in your custody,

As attorney here, I have all the legal back up that coverd this fund, I wll give you the Deposit Certificate And Death Certificate which my late client use to deposit the money with Citi Trust Bank Plc,

If you are willing to do this transaction with me email me back immediatly, to avoid me looking forward to someone that bear the same last name with my late client,

Re: How can I rip these guys off!

PM abtech. He'll have an idea for you that I'm sure he'll be willing to share. I'd not jack around with any more messages to and from this guy. He needs to know you're onto him, that you're not interested in continued comm, and that you've touched base with the local authorities.

PM abtech, really.

Haha! 'Bout time you noticed! But, sorry, I can't take the credit for the fine work - it is a conspiracy.
