Baseball cards in the spokes on a sunny summer day...

We are all moto heads here, and I would suppose that nearly every one of us clothespinned a baseball card to your bicycle spokes on a summer day....

Do you suppose Chain was the only one among us to change his baseball card EVERY day....the only one that was able to tell the difference in sound between say a George Brett and a Hank Aaron?

Pete, I think that you must relinquish your title.

I don't know, when you say "head" and "poop" most people think of "Pete" first.

I heard when he put the George Brett one on there, he proclaimed it "the best one ever" and that "he'd never switch again!"

... funny, he said the same thing with the Hank Aaron.

All this happened right before he switched to hockey cards.

I used hockey cards. I still remember putting Rick middleton from the boston bruins in my spokes. He made a great sound. LOL

mash a soda can down on the rear tire. The forward spin of the wheel keeps the can in place...you will never go back to a baseball card! LOUD!

Team Honda - well sorta...

Re: Baseball cards in the spokes on a sunny summer day...

We used soda cans differently...get up a bunch of speed and lock the rear wheel on a smashed soda can....slides for days with lots of noise!

hahah... I just remember that EVERY stop was done sideways. Peddle as hard as you can, cram on the brakes and throw it sideways. I mean EVERY time I had to stop.
