amsoil heads unite!

Just wondering how many of us in here are amsoil addicts? (dealers)

I used to buy exclusively Ams. for everything I owned with an engine, seemed to get really expensive. But you get what you pay for, I know.

I was just wondering what the usership and dealership ratio was on this forum?

I never really got into the reselling thing, just did it for myself - but maybe if there was someone here of an advanced discount tier (moreso then preferred customer status) we could channelize our sales and...

do I need to keep explaining? y'all know what I'm asking right? good then...now discuss below

Ran it in the 929 since July of 02, and was getting ready to switch the RC to it. Next RC will have it though.

Re: amsoil heads unite!

I brought it into my store just so I could buy it wholesale for the 'blade...now move a case or two every other month(not including my useage)...might be better products out there but I'm happy with Amsoil. May run it in my NEW engine and the boxes on my Jeep if I ever get it done but my daily driver Dog Ram gets Dino oil every 3k.

Re: amsoil heads unite!

I use it as well. Not in the 954 yet...waiting to hit 2,000 miles. Have it in my 2003 Nissan Murano and 2002 soon to be turbo-charged Mitsubishi Lancer. Tried Mobil 1 and it caused consumption problems in both of the aforementioned cars. Amsoil is far superior in this department. No consumption issues yet! Anyone try their fuel systems cleaners or other products? I tried the two-stage filter for the Murano and wasn't impressed with it. It was very floppy and not sturdy. Come to find out after a little research, paper filters just as good as foam and better than the K&N cotton gauze. The only draw back is low air flow. But that's another topic....I need to stop...starting to thread jack

Re: amsoil heads unite!

User, not a dealer. I would become a dealer, but then I'd be in direct competition with my current supplier, who is a good friend of mine.

Re: amsoil heads unite!

Am I the only one that thinks Amsoil's marketing strategy seems a bit like Amway??

I'm an Amsoil user as well.
