Conq's bike?

I have been absent alot lately due to spending time on an LS1 forum. Im picking up a 99 Z28 as soon as some parts Ive ordered come in.

Anyway, has Conq bought a new bike? What happened to the 1000RR?

Re: Conq's bike?

Chain's probably bought three new bikes if you've been gone for more than two months.

Yes, and LS2.com isn't bad, either.

wait wait wait, 10 second cars getting 25mpg, that can't be right. they must be running huge shots of NOS. but even then how are they getting 25mpg with a V8?

if you can't convince them, confuse them.

They may be getting 25mpg during daily driving, and 5mpg going down the 1/4

**** I shoulda upped for one of them but it costs way too much for how much I wanted to spend (my new engine has cost me 3550 so far and that should be pretty much it, far cheaper than an LS1 especially since I'd need the wiring harness). I'm only getting 12mpg (all street) with my old ass 305 (that was rated at 180hp new but is said to be more like 220, not that 220 is very good)

Bleh. A "Terminator" 03-04 Cobra will stomp the piss out of a Camarobird, is much easier to work on, and is actually comfortable to do anything/live with. Not to mention, they actually still make them.

Re: Conq's bike?

I have a friend with a 96 or 97 Z28 who runs low 10's. He drives it to work 3 or 4 days a week. That's one bad street car.
