Re: Some punk took my plate from my cage

I have been traveling for the past few weeks, I took some vacation and I have done some trips for business. I came home to a message from the police that a car with my plate was involved in a hit and run and I need to call them asap. Sure enough I go outside and check my car and one of my plates is missing, my 'front' plate is gone which I never put on the car, it was in my car. I have been in California for a year and I never bothered with the front plate since half the cars around here have no plates at all. I had the plate sitting in my back seat and the only place I gave up my keys recently was Josh Slocums(Dennis Rodman's club) in Newport Beach, the scumbag valet must have stole my plate but have no proof to back it up. On the good side the Police Officer that called me was cool, he asked me a few questions, told me to go get some new plates and called it a day. I hope they get this jerk but it looks like he will get away with hitting someone.

Re: Some punk took my plate from my cage

I hope that wasnt the story you gave the cop. It would be much easier to say - yes officer, the front plate is missing from my car - it must have been stolen by the 'hit and run' offender. Either way (truth or altered truth) it is doubtful the offender will be arrested. And to think...this all happened because you were too lazy to put the plate on your front bumper. *jk*

I gave the Police the truth exactly, I told them the plate was in my car and who I thought took it but he didn't seem to care. *The valet was overly nice that night, telling me how nice my car was blah blah... *It seemed weird I drive a WRX and most of the cars at the club are in the 100k price range, I feel like going back and kicking the sh*t out of the the kid but I have no proof it was him. *Oh well, I hope they keep the plate on the car and get caught but they probably already tossed it.
