In Da Gym

What do you think works the best for getting cut abs?

I have been doing the crunch thing, and the "good food" thing for a while, I can see them...but they are not cut. any tips?

Team Honda - well sorta...

Re: In Da Gym

Drink more beer! And mountain bike. This combo works quite well. One of those synergistic effects...

J/K - I think some of us are predisposed to easily changing our musculature (without steroids), others are not. I've worked at this a number of times, and here I am still crammed into a mailbox with that other little **** (you know who) - at least we're friendly neighbors. And once we get out, TGZ and Chain had better upgrade their shin guards!

Cardio, and a very strict diet along with your ab workout.

Re: In Da Gym

Maybe you should consider upping your cardio work out? Do a moderate intensity cardio work out trying to maintain 50%-60% of your maximum heart rate(the fat burning zone) another thing that I find helps is a change in your weight lifting routine? Try upping your weights/lowering reps or vise versa? Dont always do the same excersizes, variety is a good thing. Probabbly all stuff that you are already doing. Hope that something here helps
Just a couple of side questions, How often are you eating in a day? What kind of a work out routine are you doing? How long do you work out in a session?

only cause its you neighbor will I allow you to call me the other little ****. We got rid of that big headed goof now we just got one more to go. I think they are using the crappy little soccer shin guards, its time for the full out baseball catcher ones now. and if that ain't enough they're gonna have to upgrade to hockey goalie pads.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.

Re: In Da Gym

Roadwork helps. Running and biking that is. Can't see holding one of those "SLOW/STOP" signs getting ya cut abs. Oh and of course diet.

Re: In Da Gym

weighted incline crunches and leg lifts. And lots of cardio (running) with a strict diet.

You forgot the MOST important part!!! You have to have sex...and very often. It's the best kind of ab and glute exercise.

Bikes and women - both have nice curves.
