Jagermeister Tour w/ Slayer and Killswitch

I had a pretty cool experience on Sunday. I got to go hang out on the Tour Bus for the Jagermeister Tour and met some cool people (Chimaira), another being Lizard Man. The show was crazy (what can you expect with Slayer) but it was also held in a small venue that served alcohol. So you can just imagine.

Just thought I'd share since I had so much fun

Did Squint open that show? I know they're sponsored or something by Jager, and they opened for Slayer at the House of Blues in New Orleans. I don't listen to Slayer, but it's cool that Squint is getting exposure by opening for them. They're based in this area and my sister knows the lead singer.

Yeah there were also a few other opening bands for the show. I didn't get to see them though.

Alex why can't a find someone like you. good looking, rides a motorycle and listens to Slayer.

I wanted to go to that show but I remembered this past saturday I think it was and that was the day of the show and it was sold out. I've seen Slayer a few times, always a good show. I saw them once at Lupo's in Providence and its a small place that serves alcohol (used to be, they're closed now) thats just a typical Slayer show. They're pits can get pretty brutal but metal and hardcore type kids around here are like that anyway. A few years ago the the NE Metal and Hardcore Festival I overheard this guy from NJ ask "whats with these kids running through the pit and jumping onto everyone throwing a fist?" the guy who answered said it was normal up here and called it the Mass flying fist.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.
