[electrical junk] why DO they have suggested torque ratings for lugs anyhow?

oh

This had nothing to do with me I was just onsite to inspect another system living within close prox. to the area and thought I'd snap some shots for ref.


What is it doin? can't say...but somewhere in the local area a CDMA repeater is keeping quite alot of things to itself.
