Chinese Food

Who else is addicted to MSG? I love the stuff. Can't get enough.

Needless to say this is bad for my diet.

Re: Chinese Food

Chinese food cant be that bad for you, ever see a fat chinese person?
I think that their diet is a little different than the chinese food that we as north americans get. I always figured as long as you are eating right 90 percent of the time you should be alright...

the food in chinese restaurants is "bastardized" chinese food. they don't go and eat pork fried rice all the time or chicken fingers and all that stuff. its usually boiled white rice and something else healthy. The stuff we know is all special occassion food over there.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.

Re: Chinese Food

I love Asian food. Chinese and Thai are my favorites, but there is a good Korean place in town as well. I don't eat any of the fried stuff (HD, that General Tso is gonna KILL you!) and typically get steamed rice, but I can take it or leave it when it comes to MSG.
