unreal.... makes you feel good about the 'professionals' that are out there to help us god forbid an emergency were to really occur in our lives.

Hey man, **** happens, they are only human. No pulse, no breathing and that tends to mean you are dead. Add a big ass hole in the head and that doesn't look good. Besides, it doens't sound like he is really 'alive' right now.

Shouldn't a doctor or paramedic be responsible for pronouncing someone dead?

Bikes and women - both have nice curves.

The paramedic did pronounce him dead.

right i agree it does happen once, maybe twice but for him to change so many sets of hands and even be packed up for his final trip one would think that somebody would have noticed... ill be the first to admit that people make mistakes but...... comon now the same mistake repeated time and time again by numerous people. were not talking about forgetting to lock the door here, this is someones life.

Around here, regardless of whether the head is still attached or not, we need an EKG, in Asystole (flatline) or PEA (pulseless electical activity) to legally pronounce someone dead.

I've seen plenty of people that looked plenty dead and were not. It really is amazing what the human body can withstand and still make it.

Those medics screwed up and did not cover their asses and it cost them.

I think I'd rather be dead, maybe the Paramedics were just Sam Adams fans and knew the guy was in alot of pain to go to such lengths? Figured it was a mercy "killing".

Re: Dead guy's not really dead

WOW!

I'm not sure he should recover? All that blood loss and no medical treatment for two weeks? Infection not to mention other crap I'm sure.

I hope he goes in peace or recovers flawlessly for his sake.

Godspeed
