Pro Bowl

I watched nearly all of the Pro Bowl...
...and I have to say that Michael Vick had a FRICKIN OUTSTANDING game. It was good to see him stick in the pocket and use those Pro Bowl receivers instead of running. He was surprisingly accurate, could throw on the run, and moved the ball down the field very well.

If they get him some receivers and Atlanta can keep up (and improve) their defense, the Falcons will go far.

.
The excitement he brings to the game when he scrambles is something else. I like to watch embarrass the cornerbacks when he fakes one way then goes another.

Re: Pro Bowl

I'm honestly surprised you brought the Pro Bowl up, considering the performance of a certain Q.B.
However, since the game is absolutely meaningless, I see the "performances" there meaningless as well. But you're right, Vick did very well - and Manning almost looked like he was trying to prove something with his numbers.
To be honest, I actually enjoy the little competitions (different speed, passing, running, etc. drills) they have outside the game better.

Re: Pro Bowl

I missed the skills competition.
McNabb had a poor showing, that's for sure. I was pissed that he was pulled before the end of the first quarter! WTF is that??? Culpepper wasn't much better, but then Vick got to play the entire second half. Mora should have given the guys more equal time, not played favorites with his own boy.

Not making excuses, but the receivers dropped a few on Donovan (and on Culpepper), eh? (Commentators made several points about the drops.) At least the Eagles' receivers can hold McNabb's balls.
