Do you live IN the city?
I live "near" Wilmington (Delaware), and "near" Philadelphia. I wouldn't care to live IN either city, but being close doesn't bother me a little.

I live in a suburb in the same county, which is pretty much considered "Cleveland". You're not technically out of Cleveland, until you leave the county.

I think I read recently that none of Cleveland's major sports teams (Browns, Indians, Cavaliers) have ever won a championship.
